Choose a Brighter Future for Our Kids: Vote María Lupita Stubbs for PYLUSD!
If you haven’t yet voted, there’s still time! The education and well-being of our children are at stake, and I’m running for PYLUSD School Board Trustee, Area 2, to ensure we give the best academic, extracurricular, and career pathway opportunities to your children and grandchildren.
My opponent, Incumbent Marilyn Anderson, has consistently voted against the policies and programs our PYLUSD students need to thrive:
❌ Anderson voted NO on the Parental Notification Policy, disregarding our rights as parents to be informed and involved in our children’s education.
❌ She opposed funding for innovative learning labs and top-rated curriculum.
❌ Anderson even voted NO on installing football field lights at El Dorado High School, a much-needed improvement for our students’ extracurricular activities.
Her actions have shown us she’s not the advocate for families she once promised to be. If we let Anderson continue, we risk losing our district's progress in creating safe, innovative, and supportive learning environments for our kids.
💡 But there’s GOOD NEWS! We can secure a brighter future for PYLUSD by voting for leaders who keep their promises and put our kids first. As a candidate for Area 2, I’m committed to:
✅ Strengthening school safety with resource officers and regular security audits
✅ Expanding academic support through after-school intervention programs
✅ Building strong relationships between schools and parents to enhance learning outcomes
I would be honored to have your vote today!
