EXPOSED: Trustee Anderson Caught Red-Handed in $3.5M Lie

My opponent, incumbent Anderson, has doubled down on her and the APLE union’s misinformation campaign. There are several lies being told, including the following: Lie #1: There is a new “fancy gym” that is only for an elite few, capped at 200 students, and it cost $3.5 million. 

Fact: The program and facilities are called the Universal Sports Institute (USI). It is available to ALL students in our district and is currently serving 500 students, including homeschool and special education students. It’s also operating at a profit. 

Lie #2: The USI has diverted $1.9 million from the expansion of the Valencia High School kitchen. 

Fact: No funds have been diverted from the Valencia High School expansion. The kitchen is fully funded, and construction of the new freezer is currently underway. This freezer installation must be completed before further construction can commence. 

Honesty is the best policy. I regret that my Area 2 representative and opponent does not uphold this principle, as the public’s trust is being compromised.
